1. PETITIONS HEARING FOR THE FORMATION OF THE PROPOSED HACIENDA DEL CAMPO IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261, § 48-3423 and § 48-3424, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the petitions filed for the formation of the proposed Hacienda Del Campo Irrigation Water Delivery District, as they have been determined to be signed by a majority of the owners of the acreage within the proposed district. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3424, any landowner within the boundaries of the proposed district may appear and object to the organization thereof, or to the inclusion of the landowners’ property therein. The Board will hear and consider all comments in favor or against the organization of the district and decide whether to approve or reject the organization of the district within the boundaries proposed in the petition or with modified boundaries. If the Board decides to proceed with the organization of the district, the Clerk is directed to publish a notice and post copies of the notice describing the boundaries of the proposed district and fix a date of June 9, 2025, a date not less than 20 days after the publications and postings are completed. Written protests against the organization may be filed by owners of a majority of the acreage with the proposed district boundaries. If no protest is filed, or if one is filed and found insufficient, an order establishing the district shall be entered and will include the appointment of the following three (3) Trustees of the district as set forth in the petition: Myra J Toth Tom Raccuia Patrick O’Neill The legal description of the proposed irrigation water delivery district is as follows: That Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; EXCEPT therefrom Tracts A and B and Lots 592, 593, 594, and 622 of RANCHO VENTURA TRACT NO. 22, a Subdivision of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 60 of Maps, Page 37; AND EXCEPT the South 183 Feet of the East 152 Feet of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; AND EXCEPT the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; TOGETHER WITH That portion of abandoned alley as set forth in Resolution No. 21821, as recorded in Maricopa County recording document No. 2020-0432850; TOGETHER WITH That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; described as follows: From the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; thence East along the North line thereof 1942.50 feet; Thence South 01 Degree 50 Minutes 30 Seconds East along the East line of the West 1942.5 feet of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30, a distance of 1303.75 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence South 01 Degree 50 Minutes 30 Seconds East along the East line of the West 1942.50 feet of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30, a distance of 16.81 feet to the South line of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; Thence North 89 Degrees 52 Minutes 00 Seconds East along said South line, 743.98 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; Thence North 01 Degree 55 Minutes 00 Seconds West along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30 to the Southeast corner of the certain tract of land conveyed to Phoenix Newspapers, Inc., by deed recorded in Docket 1030, Page 12, records of Maricopa County, Arizona; Thence West along the South line of the aforesaid tract, 743.98 feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning; as recorded in Docket 14180 pages 585-587; TOGETHER WITH That Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; EXCEPT the West half of the West half of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30; AND EXCEPT the West 112 Feet of the North 122.79 Feet of the East half of the West half of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30 as measured along the West line of said East half of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (Supervisorial District 3) (C-06-25-356-X-00)
