37. APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM LOCAL BOARDS Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-847 and §38-893, approve the appointment of Kathleen M. Hobbs as a citizen member to the following local boards: • County Attorney Investigator’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Park Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board Ms. Hobbs was elected Chairman of the Merit System Commission on January 7, 2009. She will fill the unexpired terms of the former Chairman effective as of the date of Board approval through December 31, 2009. (C-06-09-247-9-00)
