1. NOMINATE AND APPOINT A CITIZENS PANEL FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING NAMES TO FILL A LEGISLATIVE VACANCY IN DISTRICT 13 Upon notification and pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1202(B), nominate and appoint a citizens panel to submit to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors the names of three qualified electors who are members of the Democratic Party and who are residents of Legislative District 13 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Steve Gallardo.
