REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE TITLE I PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the reappointment of Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox to the Ryan White Title I Planning Council as the Board's designee as nominated by Chairman Wilson. Also approve the reappointment of Terri Leija as the alternate representative. The term of the appointments will be effective as of March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010. (C-06-09-273-9-00)
