PROPERTY RE-CLASSIFICATION APPEAL CASES - FOR APPROVAL Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12052, approve the property owner's appeal to re-classify properties, which has satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and re-classify properties to class three properties (owner occupied).
