58. REAPPOINTMENT TO THE EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER NATIONAL LOCAL BOARD Approve the reappointment of Margarita Leyvas, Assistant Director of the Maricopa County Human Services Department, Community Services Division as the Maricopa County representative on the Emergency Food and Shelter Local Board (EFSP). Ms. Leyvas will serve a one-year term or for the duration of Phase 28 (EFSP program year). The term of appointment will be effective as of November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010 or until the current Phase is officially ended at which time a new Board will be seated. (C-06-10-102-9-00)
