76. RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH 1) Accept the resignation of Susanne Cook, representing Supervisorial District 2, to the Board of Health effective immediately. 2) Approve the appointment of Shannon Smith, who is currently a member at-large, as the District 4 representative to the Board of Health. The term will remain the same and be effective through December 31, 2012. 3) Approve the appointment of Amanda Jamsek to the Board of Health as a member at-large.
