1. ADR POLICY LIMITED WAIVER FOR MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Approve a limited waiver of the ADR Policy (C-06-10-151-6-00) for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (“MCSO”) for the limited purpose of counsel being appointed in the following matters: Maricopa County Case No. CV2009-028910 (and its related appeal), CV2010-020273 and CV2010-015986 (and its related appeal). This limited waiver does not waive Maricopa County’s objections to MCSO’s failure to comply with the ADR Policy in either of these matters. (C-49-11-016-6-00)
