L-3. APPOINTMENTS TO THE LIBRARY DISTRICT CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMITTEE 1) Approve the appointment of Bernadine McCollum to the Library District Citizens' Advisory Committee as a member At-Large. The term of the appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through June 30, 2011. 2) Approve the reappointment of Roy Delgado to the Library District Citizens' Advisory Committee representing Supervisorial District 4.
