67. RESOLUTION REGARDING DISSOLUTION OF HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO. ONE Adopt a Resolution declaring the dissolution of Hospital District No. One, Maricopa County, Arizona. In accordance with Resolution No. 99-06 and Resolution No. 2009-02 adopted by the Board of Directors of Hospital District No. One, and in accordance with the results of the special election held within the District November 7, 2000, approving the dissolution of the District upon satisfaction of all provisions of the Plan of Dissolution set forth in District Resolution No. 99-06, the Board of Directors of Hospital District No. One has certified that all requirements for dissolution of Hospital District No. One have been met. In accordance with the Plan of Dissolution, the District requests the Board of Supervisors to adopt this Resolution declaring the District dissolved. (C-06-10-202-M-00)
