4. REVISED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE MARICOPA COUNTY TREASURER Approve the revised settlement agreement with the Maricopa County Treasurer in the matter of Charles Hoskins v. Maricopa County (CV2008-022513) and Charles Hoskins v. Maricopa County (CV2009-027120) as discussed in Executive Session, December 10, 2009; and further, authorize the Chairman to make any non-material (e.g., non-financial) changes requested by Mr. Hoskins and execute all final settlement documents upon review and approval of legal counsel.
