BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR GFWC-MORRISTOWN WOMAN'S CLUB Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by GFWC-Morristown Woman's Club for a Class A Bingo License to be used at 25950 W. Rockaway Hills Drive, Morristown, AZ 85342 and set a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
