1. LEWIS AND ROCA REQUEST FOR WAIVER Grant the firm of Lewis and Roca a waiver of potential conflicts of interest arising as a result of attorney John Hink joining the firm. Mr. Hink has been providing services to Maricopa County through another firm and this waiver will enable the County to continue to utilize Mr. Hink's services by granting a waiver to the firm for client representation on air quality matters.
