2. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 509 AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY TREASURER Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Maricopa County Regional School District No. 509 and the Maricopa County Treasurer as required by A.R.S. 15-308(C). Under the IGA, Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Treasurer agree to forbear from executing on the remaining portion of a judgment against District No. 509 under the terms specified in the IGA.
