ELECTION TO THE ARIZONA POLLUTION CONTROL CORPORATION Pursuant to A.R.S. 35-805, approve the action taken by the Directors of the Arizona Pollution Control Corporation on February 26, 2010 to elect Michael F. Mitchum to serve as a Director for a term ending December 1, 2015. Mr. Mitchum will be taking the place of Thomas L. Camp whose term expired on December 1, 2009. (C-06-10-356-7-00)
