A-3. CAVANAGH REQUEST FOR WAIVER Grant the Cavanagh Law Firm a waiver of potential conflicts of interest as a result of attorneys Julie Pace and Dave Selden and several of their associates joining the firm. Ms. Pace and Mr. Selden have been providing services to Maricopa County through another firm and this waiver will enable the County to continue to utilize Selden’s and Pace’s services by granting a waiver to the firm for client representation on zoning matters related to Arizona Motorsports Park. The conflict waiver request does involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. (Discussed in executive session 4/7/10). (C-06-10-410-M-00)
