GUST ROSENFELD WAIVER REQUEST Approve a request for limited waiver of conflict of interest regarding City of Avondale for the sole purpose of negotiating a Contract pursuant to Invitation to Negotiate (Contract) with the County on behalf of the City of Avondale concerning the provision of community action services within the Central West Community Services Area.
