CONFLICT OF INTEREST WAIVER FOR RIDENOUR, HIENTON & LEWIS Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Ridenour, Hienton & Lewis for the sole purpose of allowing the firm to represent Mr. Curt Lyons in specific zoning matters coming before the Board of Supervisors for his property at 163rd Ave and Jomax Road. This conflict waiver does not extend to any litigation. This item was discussed in executive session April 21, 2010. (C-06-10-423-M-00)
