A-8. CONFLICT WAIVER REQUEST FOR GUST ROSENFELD Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Gust Rosenfeld for the sole purpose of (1) negotiating on behalf of the City of Avondale the Maricopa HOME Consortium CHDO Contract for affordable housing, and (2) negotiating an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Morristown Elementary School District #75 regarding the purchase of fuel from the County. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. Discussed in executive session on May 10, 2010. (C-06-10-453-M-00)
