3. CONFLICT OF WAIVER WITH KELHOFFER MANOLIO & FIRESTONE Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest with the law firm of Kelhoffer Manolio & Firestone for the specific purpose of filing condemnation matters on behalf of the Maricopa County Flood Control District. The waiver does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, any dispute or litigation that is adverse to Maricopa County arising out of these condemnation matters.
