4. CONFLICT WAIVER WITH POLI & BALL Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest with the law firm of Poli & Ball for the specific purpose of representing Selden Properties, owner of real estate under consideration for purchase. This waiver does not involve, and does not extend to, any dispute or litigation that is adverse to Maricopa County arising out of this matter.
