CONFLICT WAIVER REQUEST FOR GUST ROSENFELD Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Gust Rosenfeld for the sole purpose of representing the West-MEC school district in negotiating an IGA with Maricopa County.
