Jefferson, regarding ordinances filed to deannex a 4.6 acre parcel located at 8180 W. 7. DEANNEXATION FROM PEORIA AND ANNEXATION TO GLENDALE Pursuant to § A.R.S. 9-471.02, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding ordinances filed to deannex a 4.6 acre parcel located at 8180 W. Utopia Road from the City of Peoria (Ordinance No. 2010-21) and annex to the City of Glendale (Ordinance No. 2720). Upon determining that the requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Peoria and that the same territory be annexed to the City of Glendale as specified in the two ordinances.
