6. DEANNEXATION FROM GLENDALE AND ANNEXATION TO PEORIA Pursuant to § A.R.S. 9-471.02, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding ordinances filed to deannex a 17.77 acre parcel located at 8091 W. Beardsley Road from the City of Glendale (Ordinance No. 2721) and annex to the City of Peoria (Ordinance No. 2010-20). Upon determining that the requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Glendale and that the same territory be annexed to the City of Peoria as specified in the two ordinances.
