APPOINTMENTS TO THE AGGREGATE MINING OPERATIONS ZONING DISTRICT #1 RECOMMENDATION COMMITTEE 1) Approve the appointment of Lucky Van Horn of Vulcan Materials Company as a primary member, industry representative to the Aggregate Mining Operations Zoning District #1 Recommendation Committee. The term of the appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through October 5, 2013. 2) Approve the appointment of Rick Vickery as alternate member for Ms. Van Horn. 3) Approve the appointment of Kevin Todd Schultz of Lafarge North America as alternate member Sara Cook.
