A-1. LIMITED CONFLICT OF INTEREST WAIVER FOR GUST ROSENFELD Approve a request for limited waiver of conflict of interest for Gust Rosenfeld regarding First American Title Insurance, insurer of Farm 101, LLC, for the sole purpose of negotiating relocation of an irrigation ditch. Negotiations would involve relocating the irrigation ditch onto a portion of Maricopa County right of way, 95th Ave, north of Missouri Ave in west Phoenix. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. Discussed in executive session on October 4, 2010. (C-06-11-121-M-00)
