CONFLICT WAIVER FOR LISA WAHLIN, OF THE LAW FIRM OF GRAIF MATURA & BARRETT Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest Lisa Wahlin, of the law firm of Graif Matura & Barrett, for the sole purpose of representing the Maricopa County Sheriff regarding subpoenas issued by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. Discussed in executive session on November 15, 2010. (C-06-11-180-M-00)
