A-6. CONFLICT WAIVER FOR LAW FIRM RIDENOUR, HIENTON & LEWIS Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Ridenour, Hienton & Lewis for the sole purpose of representing the Dawn Lake Homeowners Association in a tax valuation matter involving the lake at Dawn Lake subdivision, Sun City. The conflict waiver request may involve litigation against Maricopa County in a lawsuit filed regarding valuation of the lake. This waiver is limited to that filing and does not extend to any appeals to a court beyond that jurisdiction. Discussed in executive session on November 15, 2010. (C-06-11-181-M-00)
