A-7. CONFLICT WAIVER FOR POLSINELLI SHUGHART, PC Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Polsinelli Shughart, PC for the sole purpose of representing the clients in a variety of environmental matters that may be adverse to Maricopa County Air Quality Department and the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, including rulemaking, enforcement, permitting, or other similar matters. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. Discussed in executive session on November 15, 2010. (C-06-11-182-M-00)
