A-8. CONFLICT WAIVER FOR JORDEN BISCHOFF & HISER Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest by the law firm of Jorden Bischoff & Hiser for the sole purpose of representing the Century Wheel & Rim Corportation in Roosevelt v. SPR, et al, CV-10-0290-PHX-ROS. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County.
