BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL 11809 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by the Knights of Columbus Council 11809 for a Class B and Special Bonus Game Bingo License to be used at 14818 W. Deer Valley Drive, Sun City West, AZ 85375 and set a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
