A-2. WAIVER OF LIMITED CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR MICHELE IAFRATE Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for Michele Iafrate of the law firm of Iafrate & Associates, for the sole purpose of representing the Maricopa County Sheriff in the court of appeals matter of Arpaio v. Maricopa County, et. al, CA CV10-0602, regarding subpoenas issued by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County. Discussed in executive session on December 13, 2010. (C-06-11-229-M-00)
