95. APPROVE A REQUEST FOR A LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR MICHELE IAFRATE, OF THE LAW FIRM OF IAFRATE & ASSOCIATES Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for Michele Iafrate, of the law firm of Iafrate & Associates for the sole purpose of representing the Maricopa County Sheriff in the matter of Maricopa County v. Motor Coach Industries, CV2010-00713-PHX-ROS. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, further litigation against Maricopa County.
