54. RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE ELECTION AND APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TONTO HILLS DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 48-1012(E), approve a resolution to cancel the election of the Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District scheduled to be held on March 8, 2011 and appoint the following people who filed nominating petitions to fill the positions on the Board of Directors: Robert Swan Scott Smallish Rick Nelson The appointed Directors shall serve four year terms effective January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2014 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.
