A-9. CONFLICT WAIVER REQUEST Approve a conflict waiver request submitted by the law firm of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. with respect to its representation of a party whose interests are adverse to Maricopa County in the condemnation action Maricopa County v. Overson, et al, Case Number CV2010-032472, currently pending in Maricopa County Superior Court of Arizona. This waiver is for Russell Rea of the firm to consult and represent Brett Cameron, who may have a claim in property that is included in this condemnation action. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists or may arise in the future. This matter was heard in executive session on February 7, 2011. (C-06-11-313-M-00)
