A-4. APPOINTMENT, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FOR DOWNTOWN JUSTICE COURT Justice of the Peace Armando Gandarilla passed away recently thereby creating a vacancy in the Office of Justice of the Peace, Downtown Justice Court Precinct. Pursuant to ARS 11-251(16) the Board of Supervisors will consider the nomination from District 5 and make an appointment to fill the vacancy in this Precinct Office. Such appointment will be effective on the date of the Board appointment. (C-06-11-403-9-00)
