46. APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM LOCAL BOARDS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-847 and § 38-893, accept the resignation of Tom Morrissey and approve the appointment of Randy Pico as a citizen member to the following local boards: • Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board • County Attorney Investigator’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board • Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board The term of the appointment will be effective as of the date of Board approval through December 31, 2013. Mr. Pico was elected Chairman of the Merit System Commission on April 6, 2011. (C-06-11-414-9-00)
