A-3. LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR DAVID KOZAK OF RYAN RAPP & UNDERWOOD, PLC. Approve a request for a limited waiver of conflict of interest for David Kozak of the law firm of Ryan Rapp & Underwood, PLC, for the sole purpose of representing the I.C. Medical, Inc in the property tax valuation matter, TX2009-000638. The conflict waiver request does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, litigation against Maricopa County.
