A-1. GENERAL RESOLUTION CONCERNING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ROAD FILE RESOLUTIONS Approve the General Resolution concerning previously adopted Road File Resolutions and direct and authorize the County Attorney to initiate and prosecute actions and proceedings in the manner required by law to condemn all property required for right-of-way which cannot be obtained by donation or purchase. This authority was previously authorized through the General Litigation Counsel and has now has been returned to the Maricopa County Attorney. (C-06-11-440-M-00)
