A-4. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF DEPUTY SHERIFF Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-409, approve the official appointment of Gerard A. Sheridan as the Chief Deputy Sheriff with an annual salary of $166,989. This appointment is effective May 4, 2011. This item was discussed in executive session on May 23, 2011. In accordance with A. R. S. § 38-231, authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to certify the Official Appointment and Oath of Office, and to cause it to be filed with the County Recorder (C-06-11-479-M-00)
