PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE - TIERRA BUENA WATER COMPANY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 40-283, set the date of Wednesday, July 6, 2011, to solicit comments and consider the application filed by Tierra Buena Water Company for a public service franchise to construct, maintain and operate a domestic water distribution system.
