DEANNEXATION FROM THE RANCHOS JARDINES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT #34 Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-3427(A) approve the deannexation of two parcels: 304-68-015U 1 and 304-68-016D 9 from the Ranchos Jardines Irrigation Water Delivery District #34 based on a signed resolution submitted by Board of Directors of Ranchos Jardines IWDD #34 and an application submitted by the Town of Queen Creek.
