JOINT DEFENSE AGREEMENT REGARDING LCC2011-00458-001DT IN SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA Approve a Joint Defense Agreement with an effective date of July 12, 2011, by and between Maricopa County & Cari Gerchick, in her official capacity as Communications Director for the Maricopa County Office of Communications (by and through counsel The Cavanagh Law Firm, PA) and Fran McCarroll, in her official capacity as Clerk of the Board of Supervisors (by and through counsel Swenson Storer Andrews & Frazelle PC) who are all defendants in the following lawsuit: Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PC. v.
