A-2. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHO-GRANDE AND LANDERWOOD IWDD #24 Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 48-2010(a) and the letter received by the District 1. cancel the mail ballot election scheduled to be held on November 16, 2011, 2. accept the nomination petitions filed for three trustee positions on the Rancho-Grande and Landerwood Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 24 and appoint Brian Watson, Pierre LeBlanc, and John Oliver, who are all property owners in the IWDD. The appointed Trustees will serve effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. (C-06-12-077-M-00)

55. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE RANCHO-GRANDE AND LANDERWOOD IWDD #24 Correct the action taken on September 14, 2011, under agenda item C-06-12-077-M-00 regarding the cancellation of election to be held on November 16, 2011, and accept the nomination petitions filed for three trustee positions on the Rancho-Grande and Landerwood Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 24 and appoint Brian Watson, Pierre LeBlanc, and John Oliver, who are all property owners in the IWDD. Correct the statutory reference from A.R.S. §§ 48-2010(A) to A.R.S. §§ 16-410(A) and A.R.S. 48-3443. And correct the term of office from: January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified corrected to: The appointed Trustees will serve two year terms effective January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. The cancellation of the November 16, 2011 election and the appointees remain the same. (C-06-12-077-M-01)
