A-3. APPLICATION FOR PYRITZ PYROTECHNICS GROUP, LLC FIREWORKS DISPLAY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-1603, approve an application for a fireworks display filed by Edward Pratt of Pyritz Pyrotechnics Group, LLC. The event will be located at the Speedworld Raceway at 19421 W. Jomax Rd., Wittman, AZ 85361 on September 24th and 25th, 2011 at 1:00pm to 4:30pm. (Supervisorial District #4). This application may be approved contingent upon receiving final reviews and approvals as required, including the approval of the State Fire Marshal. (C-06-12-078-L-00)
