CHECK ENFORCEMENT FUND QUARTERLY REPORT In accordance with A.R.S. §13-1811(F) County Bad Check Trust Fund, receive the quarterly financial report from the County Attorney of all revenues and expenditures from the Check Enforcement Fund for the periods of July 2011 through September 2011. Report is on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office. (C-06-12-155-7-00) 68. DUPLICATE WARRANTS Pursuant to A.R.S §11-632, approve and ratify the issuance of duplicate warrants to replace county warrants and school warrants which were either lost or stolen. Necessary affidavits have been filed with the Board. Affidavits presented are on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office. (C-06-12-156-7-00)
