ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION FOR THE DOWNTOWN COURT TOWER PROJECT Approve an administrative action transferring signature authority for the Downtown Court Tower project from the County Engineer to the Dire ctor of Facilities Management; and authorize change order authority for the balance of the construction and design contracts up to the adopted project budget of $334,951,682; and require a counter-signature by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget or her designee.
