3. LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 4 SENATE APPOINTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §41-1202, receive the names of the three qualified electors who were nominated to fill the vacancy in Legislative District 4 created by the resignation of Senator Scott Bundgaard. The three names (which were submitted by the Precinct Committeemen of Legislative District 4, pursuant to statutory guidelines) are: • Lyle Tuttle • Judy Burgess • Eric Spencer The Board of supervisors will vote to appoint one of the nominees from the list to fill the Senate vacancy in Legislative District 4.
