BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR CIRCLE CITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Pursuant to A.R.S. §5-404(I), receive the application filed by Circle City Homeowners Association for a Class A Bingo License at 101 Debs Circle, Circle City Morristown, Arizona 85342 and set a public hearing for February 22, 2012 to consider the application. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
