44. BOUNDARY CHANGE BY EXCLUSION – HARQUAHALA VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-2949, accept the filing of record of a resolution for boundary change by the exclusion of lands from a district, as submitted by the Board of Directors of the Harquahala Valley Irrigation District which orders the removal of one parcel from the district; and direct the Assessor to take such actions as necessary to effect such removal. The boundary change will exclude Parcel No. 401-57-004 from the district. The Harquahala Valley Irrigation District Board of Directors has unanimously adopted Resolution No. 112110 stating its findings and declaring its intention to exclude such lands for one or more reasons set forth in A.R.S. §§48-2949, subsection A. The boundary change Resolution is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. (C-06-12-241-M-00)
